The heart of the home is the expansive open plan kitchen and second living area. A fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays. Step outside into a fully fenced backyard, where children can play safely or enjoy a game of backyard cricket. Meanwhile, the adults can unwind in the alfresco dining space which features a gas BBQ and plenty of seating.
