We are a 15 minute drive to Christchurch International Airport (3 roads away) 16 minutes to Christchurch CBD and ideally located for easy commute for day trip outings for travellers seeking a base to explore our Canterbury Region (Akaroa / Mt Hutt etc). The space Just away from the hustle and bustle of the city, private secure conveniently located on verge of Christchurch in a very good safe neighbourhood - Sheep nuts in storage container for children / guests to feed sheep should you choose. You will see sheep and chickens over the fence or in view from our guest house and around the property - they are happy to be patted if feed is offered. Tea Coffee milk and Continental Breakfast (Cereals / Toast) supplied free of charge for your convenience. Guest access Located in very good safe neighbourhood - properties like this are very rare. Automatic gate entry so on arrival we will be present to let you in and will give you a tag so you are then able to come and go as you wish - Parking space located just in front of guest house which has its own privately fenced court yard for your use if you wish to sit and relax outside and enjoy the rural outlook. Other things to note Our second bedroom is set up with 2x beds but we have a roll away should you require bedding for 5 - if this is the case can you please advise us so I can have it set up for you prior to your arrival.
