Moulin with private heated pool near Royan beaches

Le Moulin de Beaumont situated just 20 mins from the Atlantic coast and surrounded by countryside, offers peace and tranquility. Built in Charentaise stone, the moulin is light and airy with all mod cons to make your stay comfortable. A welcome basket with the essentials is provided for your arrival. The village of Cravans, with its boulangerie and restaurant, is a 10-15 minute walk or 5 minute cycle ride. A large supermarket is just 5kms away. The space The moulin is a haven for wildlife and with the gentle stream flowing by, a family of ducks continue to nest here each year. Herons, kingfishers and deer are regular visitors and we actively promote this natural habitat by planting pollinator-friendly plants and scattering wild flower seeds. The moulin is surrounded by arable land with fruit trees in the field next to it. However, it isn't too remote and the towns of Saintes, Cognac, La Rochelle and Royan are easily accessible by car. Guest access Once your booking has been confirmed and final payment has been received directions to the property and a code to the key safe to access the moulin will be sent two weeks before your stay. Other things to note Please be aware there is open water around the moulin in the form of the mill race, stream/small river and a mill pond opposite the property. We want you to enjoy them during your visit but we regret we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any accidents or incidents resulting from either adults or children paddling or playing in or near the water. We would strongly advise that younger children in particular are not left unsupervised near the millstream, river, pond or swimming pool.
