Recently renovated with new roof, new windows new exterior siding (2024), new luxury vinyl flooring upstairs (great room, kitchen, dining area, half bath) and new carpet downstairs (3 bedrooms) in 2025. Decks off of great room, all 3 bedrooms and kitchen. Fenced in back yard with rear steps to yard is great for kids and pets. The great room has a 65” smart TV with cable & DVD player. Living room has cathedral ceiling, open floor-plan to kitchen and dining area. Kid/family games stored in bottom of hall linen closet downstairs. We have wireless high speed internet. For your convenience there are a lot of extras, including: hammock, 2 swings, bikes, boogie-boards, coolers, fishing rods, board games, charcoal and gas grills etc. The house is located near milepost 13 within walking distance to the public beach access, Jockeys Ridge State Park. And a short ride to ocean and many fine restaurants and shopping. The front deck & the back yard are gated for safety of children and pets. Linens and towels are provided. The two other bedrooms have queen beds. There is also 2 roll away cots available. Saturday check in/out in summer. Only nonaggressive dogs are allowed. Pet fee is $75 per dog. Guest access The home has a lockbox located downstairs on the door handle of the attached shed. Code will be sent to guests prior to arrival for self check-in. Other things to note Outdoor shower, bikes, fishing rods, beach chairs, coolers, gas & charcoal bbq grills, horseshoes, corn hole, etc. Short stays are welcome but must rent full week (Sat to Sat) during summer months.
