The nearest metro station is the river station 15 minutes to the metro by bus or minibus. Metro Petrovsk-Razumovskaya 5 minutes walk+15 minutes by train. My place has grocery stores, beauty salon. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, only on the stairs! I can speak english, russian.
