We offer you a stay in a guest room in a charming 40 m² duplex suite that can accommodate a family of 4 Our Saintongeaise house was completely renovated in 2017, it is nestled in a bucolic wooded garden and is very quiet in the village of Varzay. BREAKFAST INCLUDED Possibility of table d'hôtes for an extra charge, by reservation The space the space we dedicate to you is actually a duplex suite with direct access to the garden (and also directly into our accommodation) with a private parking space. the 18 m² master bedroom is on the ground floor with a 160 double bed and memory foam mattress. You can store your luggage and belongings either on the wardrobe or in the closet. Maybe you'll even watch TV in bed, which is at your disposal. the second 10 m² space is accessible from the bedroom by a wooden staircase. This sleeping area (2 x 90 bed) for a 3rd and 4th person, is located in a closed mezzanine to isolate and have better privacy. The 11 m² bathroom – toilet is on the ground floor and communicates with the bedroom through a sliding door. Guests can take a relaxing bath and at the same time admire the garden. Or take a shower and sit on the built-in bench for added comfort. You can also go there as a couple since there are 2 sinks. Guest access the garden is composed of several spaces to discover to rest or listen to the birds. It is fully open to our visitors. But be careful, you might be surprised by some of our Junior cat's friendships. For our accommodation, we prefer that it remains partly private but we will be happy to invite you to have BREAKFAST INCLUDED unless the weather is nice enough to enjoy it on the terrace. During your stay If you need anything during your stay, please let us know, we will be happy to help. We are almost always present. Other things to note If you want to be accompanied by your 4-legged friend, no problem, but please let us know to avoid possible interactions with our animals.
