VILLA MARE NOSTRUM located between the beautiful Scala dei Turchi and Siculiana Marina ( Agrigento) offers two mini apartments each equipped with: double bedroom,two single beds, independent kitchen + living room and bathroom with shower. The sea is 100 m away reachable by a country path with closed shoes. The structure has a large terrace and a barbecue area with outdoor bathroom. The view is exceptional and the nearby beach of Siculiana Marina offers excellent restaurants and summer shows. The space The property is located below the street level and can be reached with two flights of stairs. The two mini apartments have a private entrance and the outdoor spaces are common. It is convenient to have a personal means of transport (car, motorcycle,...) as bus connections are far from walking distance. In Siculiana, recycling is carried out, so guests will have to comply with municipal regulations. Guest access Guests have access to all outdoor spaces. Other things to note The property offers two independent mini apartments but in the case of the simultaneous presence of two different groups ( or families) guests will have to agree to share the outdoor spaces, veranda, barbecue area, outdoor bathroom in the basement and gazebo.
