Welcome to our unique, quaint, charming 3-level water tower cottage, located next to the Marina County Park, running & biking trails, birdwatching. Walking distance (~30mins) from Levi's Stadium 49ers, major tech companies Amazon Lab126 (bike trail), Cisco, Globalfoundries, Dell, highway 237. Backyard with deck and gazebo is reserved for the guests while the large 0.5 acres garden is shared with the main historic house. A HVAC for heating and cooling is now available. The space 1st floor : Kitchen, bathroom. 2nd floor: Living room, pull out sofa bed, desk, TV. 3rd floor.: Bedroom with a Full size bed. Fast internet and TV streaming . Dinnerware, silverware, towels, linens are provided. 1.5 miles to Target Supermarket or half an hour walk. VTA Bus #58 stops by the house. Guest access Parking on the property, by the cottage. Other things to note The presence of a railway close to the property. Trains pass about one per hour and do not run after certain hour at night. House is well insulated and the trains not too apparent, while you can see them from the 0.5 acres garden. You could be sitting in the living room and not notice that a train passed by but that perception is subjective, not bothering most, bothering some.
