Large family accommodation, very convenient to live in a small hamlet on the heights, 2.6 km from the center of the village of LABLACHERE. Its terraces offer magnificent views of southern Ardèche and Mont Ventoux. Ideal for recharging and spending an unforgettable vacation or teleworking, quietly, in nature (vineyards, olive trees). All the wonders of southern Ardèche within 25 km: Gorges de l'Ardèche, Pont d'Arc, Chauvet 2 Cave, Païolive Forest, typical villages, etc. The space Accommodation: - 100 m² single-storey house, with 100 m² terraces facing South + East + North, all with magnificent views. - Capacity 6 – 8 people (+ 1 Baby) with different types of configuration (3 couples with double bed or 2 couples + 4 children max in single bed + 1 Baby). - Bedroom 1 (purple bedroom): master bedroom 1 with 160 x 200 bed, with shower room + toilet, storage, desk, terrace access. - Bedroom 2 (red bedroom): 140 x 190 bed, storage, desk. - Bedroom 3 (blue bedroom): large bedroom with 4 beds (double bed + 2 bunk beds 90 x 190), library with children's games, desk. - Crib can be made available at no extra cost. - Living room: 30 m² with corner sofa + table 6/8 people + flat screen TV - Open kitchen 12 m² with ceramic hob + oven + microwave + dishwasher + fridge/freezer + cellar with washer + dryer. Kitchen equipment (toaster, Nespresso, kettle, coffee maker, food processor, raclette/fondue machine, etc.). Dishes. Kitchen towels + dish towels provided. High table with 4 seats. - Bathroom with bathtub + double sink - Separate toilet Reversible air conditioning in all rooms Wood-burning stove - Outdoor amenities: garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. NO pool, by personal choice because we prefer our vegetable garden! But you will find 3 km from the house the nautical complex of LABLACHERE "La Perle d'Eau" with modern amenities and spaces for children. - Other amenities: WiFi - Security deposit: if you damage the home, you may be charged up to 1,000 EUR. NO SMOKING THROUGHOUT THE RENTAL. - Hours: Check-in: between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Check-out: before 10:30 a.m. - NO PARTIES OR NOISY EVENTS - 2 nights minimum stay 5% discount if rental is longer than 7 nights. - In July/August, 7 nights minimum - Bed linen/towels are included in the rental price as follows: * bed linen (fitted sheet + duvet cover + pillowcase) * bathroom linen (towel + bath towel + washcloth). - Cleaning fee extra = 50 EUR Daily maintenance kit included (sponges, dishcloths, dishwashing product, cleaning product, dishwasher tablets, towels and dishcloths). You will be asked to leave the kitchen clean, dishes washed and put away. Garbage cans must be emptied and disposed of in containers at the entrance of the pathway to the hamlet. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house, except for the office, which will be closed and kept for the exclusive use of the owner. The owner lives in a small apartment located below the house, completely independently.
