Quiet house between Vitré and Rennes

Family home in the heart of a classified village. I'm renting out 2 bedrooms upstairs in my house. There is one ad per room. This is a 180/200 double bed that can be separated into 2 90/200 beds. Between the 2 bedrooms available to guests, there is a library lounge, bathroom, toilet, fridge, microwave... We occupy the ground floor of the house. The floor is exclusively for guests in the 2 bedrooms. Our kitchen is shared. Parking is also available. The space The bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 180/200 separable into 2 single beds. A desk, dresser and shelves. We can therefore accommodate 1 to 4 guests if you book both rooms 1 baby bed is available for your use. Breakfast on request with an additional 6 euros for short stays. The kitchen, garden, terrace and laundry room (washing machine, dryer) are shared. Guest access When you arrive, the sign "Les capucines" tells you that you are in the right place. During your stay I am available to advise you on the surroundings, hiking trails, bodies of water, remarkable sites of our region (Mont St Michel, Saint Malo and the Breton coast...).
