The cottage is located in Sardan in Gard, 30 km from Nîmes. Entirely on one level, it is in the heart of our wine estate, Domaine Sainte Octime, in this small village surrounded by vineyards and scrubland. It is composed of 5 bedrooms, each equipped with a shower room with sink and toilet. It offers a private garden and the estate's courtyard serves as parking but is not part of the rental. A pétanque court is available at Place de la Mairie, 500 m away. The space The 5 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. A fitted and equipped kitchen is at your disposal (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher). Air conditioning in the main room only. Access to the washing machine only for stays longer than 4 nights. Domaine Sainte Octime welcomes you to its preserved and quiet setting. Here, you can discover: - Tasting cellar (red, white and rosé wines). Organization of tasting or group cellar visit possible by appointment (contact us for price). - 130 m2 event room (available on request) Other things to note The rental does not include bed sheets, towels, dish towels or sponges. However, the pillowcases will already be in place. Cleaning does not include kitchen items, stove, oven, barbecue, fridge... We do not accept any extra mattresses or tents for this listing. No installation of a marquee, pool, jacuzzi, etc. Upon checkout, please check that the dishes are done and put away or that the dishwasher is empty and that the furniture is put back in its place if it has been moved. Please also empty the ashes from the barbecue. Connection for charging electric cars is not allowed.
