One newly renovated full bathroom, new outdoor shower. Master bedroom has twin beds that have been pushed together to make a king-size bed, the others each have double beds. Fans keep things cool in summer; the house is insulated, and fireplace and baseboard heat keep it cosy through the late fall. The house comes equipped with all needed amenities: kitchen with gas stove, D/W, microwave, food processor, electric ice cream maker, coffee maker, coffee grinder, etc.; WiFI, W/D, gas grill, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas. Towels and linens. There's also a two-person kayak that can fit 2 adults and a small child (or dog).
