Room in a cottage by the Ille & Rance canal

We renovated our farmhouse to turn it into a group cottage rented mainly on weekends. During the week, we provide the 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor. Each room is independent. The cottage has 4 bathrooms, so everyone can have their own bathroom upstairs (sink + shower). The large fully equipped kitchen, living room and terrace are shared. Common areas are large. Guest access The cottage is located halfway between Rennes and St Malo, 3 km from the highway.
