It is light & spacious with oak beams, galleried landing & wood burner - a year round choice for long or short breaks. Nearby are historic houses & gardens as well as Goodwood, Fontwell, & Brighton racecourses. The space Although breakfast as such is not provided there will be tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the house on your arrival along with other "extras" such as home-made jam, cake or biscuits and a bottle of wine. **NB EACH BEDROOM HAS A "ZIP LINK" KING SIZED BED (150cm wide) which can be divided into 2 SINGLE beds by prior request. The bathrooms upstairs are en suite with a very large walk-in shower, hand basin, lavatory and heated towel rail in each. There is a radiator in each bedroom. Fans are available should there be a heatwave. Downstairs (which measures 84 sq.m in total) there is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. The large living area has south facing French doors opening onto a paved terrace with chairs, table, umbrella and BBQ. The utility room, off the kitchen, houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and coat hanging space, with a separate lavatory. There is a back door onto a small paved area with access to the gates onto the footpath, the shed where bicycles can be stored and the washing line. Cars can be parked immediately outside the property on a private section of the drive, near the front door. Other things to note The Old Coach House is situated an ideal location for visits to Brighton, London, Portsmouth and many other places of historical and horticultural interest (see below).
