The Orchard Rooms in our Home

The first floor of our spacious home where we live is exclusively for your use with 2 large bedrooms and a large full size bathroom between both rooms. Bedroom 1—Sleeps 3 people, 2 in a King size bed and an additional single bed . This room also has a fridge. Bedroom 2—Sleeps 3 adults , two single beds and 1 in a Zed bed (fold up) if required. Both rooms have a Smart TV, Fan, tea/coffee facilities. Plenty of room for your cars, trailers and bikes safely tucked away. The space This is our home where we live but the upstairs floor are your own private rooms whilst staying here at The Orchard Rooms. Our beautiful chalet bungalow is tucked away up a 200ft drive on this very quiet and safe private estate, yet we’re just moments away from the A259, a Tesco Express the Southdowns pub/restaurant or the very popular ‘Finos’ for Italian cuisine. Transport in Felpham is excellent and will take you to Butlins in five minutes or Bognor Regis town centre. Have a trip along the coastline to Littlehampton, Worthing or all the way to Brighton. Trains run frequently to London if you fancy a day trip, or get a hovercraft over to the beautiful Isle of Wight. Felpham beach is not far with its not to be missed ‘Lobster Pot’ cafe/restaurant right on the beach. We’re only 25 minutes away from the Weald & Downland Living Museum where ‘The Repair Shop’ is filmed. There’s Goodwood for The Festival of Speed and Revival and Fontwell Racecourse. You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes and Felpham beach is just a short drive away. A beautiful sandy beach can be found at West Wittering but we recommend you should book the car park in advance. With the sea on one side and the beautiful South Downs on the other, you’re spoilt for choice. Guest access We have many very good pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Alternatively our garden is safe and ideal for eating and drinking so enjoy relaxing in the many peaceful, comfortable seating areas that encompass our garden. We politely ask you not to bring anyone who is not on the booking form into our home as your guest. Our home is more suitable for people who are sightseeing and just want to get their head down for the night rather than people working from home and needing to stay home here all day. During your stay We live here as this is our home should you need anything. Upstairs is your own private and personal space. You’re welcome to come and go at your leisure through the conservatory doors. Other things to note There are some stairs to get up to your rooms. The bathroom is not attached to any particular bedroom but is in its own separate room between the two rooms on the first floor where you are. We do have a cat in case you have allergies but we ask that you don’t encourage her in your rooms. As we have a cat, unfortunately we are not able to welcome service animals.
