We offer very new and modern furnishings in Venice's magical atmosphere. The bright apartment is on the last storey and offers free wi-fi internet, kitchenette, marble bathroom with shower, noise proof windows, TV and clean linen. Ideal location for those who prefer to stay in the historic center of Venice, in a comfortable relaxing atmosphere. just outside the window you will able to admire Ponte di Rialto on the right (see photo) and on the left the bell tower of San Marco and the domes of the Basilica of San Marco (see photo). Guest access The apartment is at your disposal in full. Please note that the city tax Euro 4,00 per person per night for adult from 16 years old ahead is not included in the price and it will be payable in cash upon check in, thanks a lot..For kids 10/16 years old the amount of the city tax is Euro 2,00 per person per night and it is free for kids 0/10 years old. The amount will be kindly requested for the first five days only; who decides to stay longer more than five days, starting from the sixth it will be free for everyone. For late check in (after 20 in the evening) we kindly request, same as all hosts, an Extra Euro 40 kindly requested to be paid cash on arrival please with many thanks in advance.
