Lots of bedrooms with a smallish open plan living/dining/kitchen area, but having a large outdoor space off the kitchen extends the living area. There is a huge outdoor deck with bbq and large garden to enjoy. The kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave and electric cooking. Having 2 toilets is a bonus to cater for the family. With a fully fenced block, in a quiet location and only a few hundred metres from the beach and walking tracks, makes this an ideal spot for the family. Pets are welcome - strictly outside only (Conditions apply) *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations.
