Botanic room w/private bathroom

Calm and cosy room with a private bathroom in our former B&B. The house is located in a quiet residential area with perfect transportation access to the centre - the bus stop is only steps away. At the moment, it's available for mid-term rental and for one person. The place will be furnished for longer stays. The space The room is a private space with its own bathroom and can be locked for complete privacy. It's almost like a small flat with everything you need during your stay. The place is furnished with a queen-sized bed, large wardrobe, desk/dining table, side tables, mirror and sofa. Guest access There is no kitchen, but you will find everything you need during your stay like a small electric cooktop, pot, pans, cooking utensils, microwave, mini fridge and other appliances for simple cooking. A washing machine is available for free in a shared laundry room downstairs. Other things to note Before booking the room, please send me a message to make sure the place is suitable for you. Please, respect the fact that the place is only for one person. For security reasons, visitors are allowed, but they should be announced in advance. We don't have a long list of chores and don't charge a cleaning fee. Guests are only expected to take care of the place and leave it in decent condition.
