Windjammer - Studio on the river, duplex apartment, quiet location, 2 – 5 people. With a view: beautiful studio/duplex apartment on two levels with balcony. Large living/dining room with cozy sitting area, TV, stereo radio/CD, Wi-Fi. Complete fitted kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Beautiful bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom in the attic - via a comfortable staircase The space accessible - is equipped with a double bed and a small flat "emergency bed" and plenty of space to play or linger (and second TV). Magnificent view of the cruise ships and the gardens of Warnemünde. The Wi-Fi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We can't offer streaming quality. Guest access You will stay in an apartment building of mine. You have your own apartment here, a private apartment with separate access. We recommend an occupancy of max. 5 people. A baby crib also fits in the bedroom. Other things to note The aforementioned prices are calculated for a stay of up to 5 people and 7 seven nights incl. final cleaning, bed linens, towels. You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case, we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and/or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 stay free of charge with parents and grandparents. We have a limited number of parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros/night/car. We will also name alternatives on request. The amenities list general things that are are available in the house and not in each individual apartment, which we will gladly provide for your stay: DVD player/DVDs if deposit to be picked up at our office, crib/high chair one-time €7 fee, microwave on request. From the age of 15, this is €3.70 per day and reduced to €1.45 per day. The discounts apply to children from 6 to 14 year olds and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 50%. Children aged 0 to 5 years and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 80% are exempt from the spa tax.
