Description

The Hammer Mill is situated in the newly converted Perran Foundry development in Perranarworthal. This property is a Grade II Listed building and is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The house has a contemporary feel, whilst retaining it's historic features which include slate flooring, oak timbers, granite lintels and exposed stone walls. The space This beautifully furnished and art-filled home is styled with modern yet comfortable furniture that is a welcoming space to return to after a long day at the beach! The ground floor has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with heated slate floors. The exposed stone walls, timber beams and floor to ceiling glass windows, give the space an industrial feel, while the interior furnishings create warmth and comfort. The first floor has a full bathroom with shower, bath tub and toilet (and two additional rooms and balcony that are closed off to guests). The second floor has another full bathroom and two carpeted bedrooms with extremely comfortable King (U.S. Queen) beds. Other things to note Perran Foundry is a safe and welcoming community and all are welcome in my home.
