It has a living room, a private bathroom, a patio, and one place to sleep, the king-sized luxury Kingsdown bed. Consumable/kitchen amenities are not included; our focus is providing a great place for sleeping and relaxation! Enjoy thoughtful touches such as original artwork, luxury sheets from Bloomingdale's and patio chairs to enjoy the view. Located in south-central Springdale near Don Tyson Blvd and Thompson Avenue. Guest access Guests have access to the walk-out guest suite through a private entrance in the back of our home. The door is at ground level, no stairs.
