Description

Enjoy your own private granny flat! With spacious living and ensuite you can make the most of your stay inside or get some fresh air on the shared deck which separates the granny flat from the main house. Watch TV, eat at your own dining table, or catch up on emails on the desk/deck. We have a friendly Cavoodle which is also a part of the family and is mainly in our our house unless you wish to have puppy pats. Located near Brisbane CBD, cafes and eateries and easy access to public transport. The space This is a very private space which is attached to the common deck. You will enter via the rear which is a ramp that leads to the granny flat and very convenient with heavy luggage so no lifting required. You will see your host and family sometimes as the deck area can be shared by the guests. We are friendly and don’t expect you to just stay indoors all the time. Your private area includes a queen size bed, private ensuite, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a small wardrobe with coat hangers and drawers. If you need to iron any clothing items, you have your own iron and ironing board. We have provided a kettle and toaster for you to make your own tea and coffee. There is a bar fridge and microwave for you to use so bring food with you for your stay. We will provide complimentary snacks, sweet treats, tea and coffee for your convenience. There is a small box on top of the microwave that has additional utensils and washing detergent + sponge to clean plates, cutlery and glasses during your stay. The Salisbury train station is up and running again after many months of renovations, this is a very convenient way to get around if you don’t have a car. We also have buses which run regularly a couple of blocks away near Hedge Espresso. Guest access You have your own entry to the granny flat so you don't need to walk through the main part of the house. Towards the driveway you will see the ramp, this is a shared area as this accesses the back yard. During your stay The host is always on the property so if need any questions, feel free to ask at any time in-person or via the app. Other things to note If you need to wash clothes, there is a laundromat only a few minutes down the road, washing is washed and dried in a very quick turnaround. Please note that we won't accept smoking inside or outside. We would like to not have butts in our property as we have small children and a pet dog. Thank you for your understanding. Also please NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS! AirBNB does not support hosts that have third party booked. If you need to book for a loved one, please help them to create a profile and book it in THEIR name.
