Entering through the main door, you will discover the air-conditioned living area, which includes a large living room with sofa and large TV, a cozy kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and more. You'll love the light coming in from the corner window overlooking the sea. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. From the living room, you can access the attic with a French double bed via a staircase. A full bathroom with shower. Outside, the shed dedicated to laundry with a washing machine. The outdoor area includes the wonderful private pool with sun loungers and umbrella. The villa also enjoys a private garden, which offers a quiet and intimate space to enjoy the breathtaking view. The garden offers wonderful options for outdoor lunches, sunny breakfasts, quiet corners for reading and relaxing. Reserved space for parking. Guest access I recommend that all our guests have a car to reach Villa Ginestra, even better if it is a car with a high suspension. You will receive a message with the location of the meeting point where we will meet to reach the villa together, so that I can show you and explain everything for a peaceful and pleasant stay.
