La Casa di Chien. Villa with garden and parking

CITRA 009029-LT-1919 The house is located on the hills of Varigotti, in the village of Chien. From here you can admire the view, enjoying full view of the whole land, sea, beach and coast up to Albenga. Moreover atmosphere, parking, garden, terrace and the possibility to bring your dog, are the features that can make your vacation more enjoyable. My accommodation is suitable for couples, families (with children), groups of friends and dogs. The space La Casa di Chien is a cozy villa ideal for relaxing holidays between the green and the sea. The house is located in the small village of Varigotti, Chien, on the hillside in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by olive trees. The landscape, the gardens and terraces of this house, will be the first features that will leave you speechless. Inside, you will find the cozy living room with fireplace, the kitchen, a small bathroom and the dining room. Through the elevator or taking the stairs outside, you can go upstairs. Here you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace. You can access the house by car or with a nice path through the olive trees to be covered on foot in 5 minutes. Two parking spaces are available: one directly behind the house and reached by car along a winding road a bit that, only recommend it to people in safe driving; the second, with private access and covered by a pergola, is located just below the village and connects directly to the path through the trees mentioned above. My advice is to use this last as it is accessed more quickly to the house to the town. Country and beach are 15 cc min from home on foot or by car. the house can receive 8 persons. Guest access Guests have full access to every room of the house, the garden and terrace. The house is divided on two levels: First floor consists of: *entrance * Living room with fireplace, satellite TV, sea views and direct access to the garden. *Lunchroom * Hallway with dining / breakfast area, sea view, access to the garden and a lift * Bathroom with shower * Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. An old wood-burning oven and the typical country style, characterized Second floor consists of: * Local elevator with wardrobes, chest of drawers, external staircase to reach the garden and access to the large terrace with two deck chairs, from which enjoy the view and the starry sky * Double bedroom with wardrobe and sea view. we can also add a baby bad * Bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds or king bed depending on the needs of guests (4 people) * Bathroom with tub / shower The garden is on several levels. Exactly three: * The first to be accessed directly from the home on which stand a dining area for guests to experience the view and a relaxation area with two chairs * The second and the third a bit more spacious, with direct access to the trail that descends to the village, outdoor shower, sun umbrella, two sun loungers and a relaxation area Other things to note As mentioned before, the road reaches the village is a bit tortuous, so I suggest to follow it only to certain persons to guide. For those who are more fearful, advice to park in the parking lot that is located below the house and to use the path to reach it. Being a house with the great outdoors, you can bring along your dog.
