The property is sat on a 1800m2 plot, the layout still affords ample living space, both indoors and out. Recently we have extended the resort area with 17 brand new doublebedrooms with tropical open bathroom, we build a large swimming pool with a pool-bar and jacuzzi area and we have finally our new italian restaurant for all our Guests. Keramas is well known for the world-class surf break and the Komune Beach club and hotel that hosts surf competitions and other events throughout the year. The space There’s a good sized balcony overlooking the garden and pool area, and an even larger balcony area at the rear of the property, overlooking managed agricultural land in the four bed room Villa.
