Lovely apartment for 4-6 people at Gullholmen

We offer 3 rooms and kitchen of 68 sqm with patio (about 12 sqm). A as nice as practical apartment on 2 floors with entrance and patio 1 staircase up from the ground floor. Two spacious bedrooms upstairs. From the patio (and the kitchen window) you have an amazing view of Gullholmen's guest harbor. You have access to sun deck belonging to the condominium association where the sun reaches all day. You are close to swimming and an outstanding nature, three restaurants and shop. The walk to/from the ferry is 150 meters. The space The apt is located at Skottarn, an islet in the middle of Gullholmen's guest harbor. Scottish history dates back to the 19th century, when fishing was the livelihood of coastal communities. During the 20th century, Scotland became a herring factory and later a boatyard, to become a hostel and conference center towards the end of the century. In 2017, the housing association BRF Orust Härmanö was formed. Guest access You have access to the apartment as it is, fully furnished and equipped for up to 6 people. Most convenient though is to be a maximum of 4 people mtp the single toilet and shower. It is possible to rent one or two sea kayaks from the apartment owner for 1500 SEK per kayak and rental period (up to 14 days). Other things to note There is no barbecue on the patio. There is a barbecue area about 50m from the apartment shared with the guest harbor.
