Squirrel's Corral - Basturs

Corral de l'esquirol is a fully renovated and equipped village house, ideal for accommodating families and small groups. It is located in the small and quiet village of Basturs (Pallars Jussà), where one of the most important dinosaur sites in Europe is located. In the area you can do many activities: visit the Estanys de Basturs and castles, do hiking and mountain biking, visit wineries and discover the region's immense natural and geological heritage. The space Completely renovated and equipped, Corral de l'esquirol is a village house where stone and wood take center stage and make it a warm and cozy house, as well as bright due to the large openings to the outside. We have preserved the "celler" (cellar) entirely of stone, turning it into a multipurpose space where you can store bicycles or various luggage or share moments in company in a rustic space. The house is accessed by the terrace with barbecue and outdoor dining room and awning, leading to the main room, an "open concept" space shared by kitchen, dining room and living room and where the wood stove takes center stage in winter. On this ground floor there is a double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and the laundry room with washer-dryer, cleaning utensils, cordless vacuum cleaner, iron, clothesline, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Going up the wooden staircase, we access the first floor where there is a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one double and one triple. In the triple room, we highlight a swing with views and a large balcony with two seats and a king size bed, as well as a Smart TV. The three bedrooms have nightstands, a dresser, and a coat rack, and exit to a small balcony in the case of the two doubles and a large one in the triple with beautiful views. All bedrooms have a spring mattress with memory foam and memory foam pillows, sheets and towels made of 100% cotton. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher. There is also an Italian coffee maker and also capsules, a toaster, a juicer, a blender, a scale, pans, pots and all the tableware, including glasses and cups. It also has osmotized water in the kitchen faucet. The house is exclusively for guests. In the kitchen there is salt, sugar, oil and vinegar, coffee and soap and dishwasher tablets, and kitchen towels and tablecloth. In the bathroom there is toilet paper, shampoo, gel and conditioner, and a hair dryer in each bathroom. In the laundry room there is detergent and fabric softener, and other cleaning products. There is a crib, high chair, bathtub, and changing table for babies. The passage areas have sensor lighting and there are emergency and night lights. Heating and cooling are by radiant-cooling floor by aerothermal.
