Ceiling fans in all rooms for summer (no AC) and adjustable heating by room for winter. A great place to "get away from it all", but we do have free internet and Wi-Fi service. Fully licensed by County and State. Guest access Access to all 4 levels of house including upper level sleeping and game room, first floor 2 bedrooms and bath, second floor 2 bedrooms and bath, lower level futon couch, bathroom and laundry (washer, dryer, sink). Garage is locked and not accessible for safety reasons. Other things to note 1. Please be aware of the many steps and stairways required to access house. 2. City ordinance: No loud party noise between 10PM and 8AM. 3. Lake access for nature lovers. There is no sandy beach but shoreline is natural grasses and lily pads in the water. DNR does not allow us to pull any vegetation protecting the shoreline. 4. We live here too so appreciate using care and respect on our property! Thank you!
