It is one large room with a kitchen and bathroom. The space The Monroe Payne House is a duplex home named after the original resident. It is divided into two independent units, each with living area, kitchen, bath, and laundry facilities. It has a one-bedroom unit (Unit A) with a queen bed and an efficiency unit (Unit B) with a king bed. Unit A is wheelchair-accessible. Both open onto a large shaded porch offering beautiful mountain and sunset vistas. It is on a quiet street near the edge of town just a few minutes’ walk from shops and eateries.
