Loft C, "Lotta's Loft"

The Rabbit Creek Inn is located in a historic Gold Mining town nestled in the Sierra Nevada Mountains approx. 75 mi. from Marysville and 45 mi. from Oroville. We purchased this business to provide a comfy rest area to visitors of this little community. We are continuing with remodeling and upgrading to provide the best possible experiences for our guests! Wifi is Starlink with a great connection! The space Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. - At least 2 day Advance notice to Book any of our Lofts, Thanks! - The Tap Water is Great! City water from 2 Natural Springs - Snow Melt! Tested every month, La Porte is at the Top of the "Water Chain" ;-) Street Parking Only. Please don't park above the asphault on Church Street, on the right side of the building. That area is not owned by Rabbit Creek Inn. We do have the property all the way back to the road behind the Inn, China Alley. Lots of room for several groups, games and just relaxing. The second floor of the Inn has 3 studio Loft rooms each with private kitchenette, private bathroom and upgraded furnishings appropriate to each space. Amenities in each Loft room includes a Smart TV with Dish and Wi-Fi, a large microwave, countertop oven, toaster, burner, and 12 cup coffee pots with supplies, a refrigerator/freezer approp. to the space and all the kitchen essentials. Cooking vessels, disposable and washable: plates, utensils and drinkware. Upgraded bed and bath linens will satisfy even the most discerning visitor. Ample lighting, USB ports and power strips will satisfy all your electronic needs. drinkware Guest access The porch has 3 entrances. Conveniently, the entrance to all 3 Lofts is the first door on the left. It has an electronic deadbolt that you can also lock from the interior for your safety needs. Your Loft "C" is up the stairs and the last door down the hall. Notably the hallway lights are on motion sensors and timed for 15 minutes. You entry door to Loft C has an electronic locking doorknob. You will be given the codes after all Airbnb arrangements are done. Additionally, our property extends back to the road behind, China Alley. So you can take your dog(s) for a walk/run/fetch, play some Cornhole, have a BBQ (briquets and utensils provided). It's Rustic, yet Refined. Other things to note We want to provide you with all the modern conveniences including a large Toaster oven and large microwave. Due to limited space they are on the same electrical circuit; therefore, they shouldn't be operated at the same time due to the heavy amperage each heating element requires. So, we put the Toaster oven on a power strip with a nightlight to indicate and control electrical flow thereby avoiding inadvertent use of both of these appliances simultaneously.
