Llys-Faen is a stunning detached barn conversion with indoor hot tub in the middle of Llyswen a small river hamlet on the banks of the River Wye. An Ideal place to stay to explore the Wye Valley, the Brecon Beacons and beyond. Canoeing, biking and horse riding all within easy reach. The barn sits adjacent to the owner’s property in the centre of the village. Everything is on your doorstep 2 village pubs, shop/garage. Hay-on-Wye, 8 miles, Brecon 10miles and Builth Wells 12 miles. The space Spacious, open plan farmhouse style kitchen with dining table to seat 8 comfortably. Walk through to the open living room with underfloor heating and oak floor, complete with contemporary style wood burning stove. Smart TV with DVD with Freeview. A large boot/biking storage room and utility room with washing machine. Walk through the downstairs shower room to the spa room with hot tub. Bedroom 1 King Sized with en-suite shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom 2 Twin room Bedroom 3 King Sized with interlinking door to bedroom 4 - ideal if you have young children. Bedroom 4 Twin room Family bathroom with toilet, handbasin and bath Outdoor space - Enclosed Patio area, secure if you have a dog. Up to 2 dogs are welcome, as long as they are well behaved, remain downstairs and are not left in the house alone. There is a fee of £20 per dog per stay, payable on arrival. Other things to note 1 bath sheet and 1 hand towel is provided for each guest. We provide free fire wood for the woodburner. There is parking for a maximum of 3 cars, additional parking is available a short walk away. We have an electric vehicle charger on site, please inform us if you will be using it during your stay. There will be a charge, to be settled before your departure.
