This community was established in the 60's and is nestled between the Loxahatchee River, Intracoastal and just minutes to our incredible Jupiter beaches and waterways. Community is made up of single family homes that range between 1000-2000 square feet. Each has it's own personality and it's a friendly adorable nook within the Jupiter / Tequesta line. You can walk or bike to our favorite coffee shop (which also has amazing food) 'Perk', a local brewery (Tequesta Brewing Company) that now sells their beers all over the country and other cute shops based on how motivated you are to walk. We feel you need a car here to enjoy all there is to offer within a 5 mile radius. Any pet must be approved prior to confirming a reservation. We do expect guests to clean up after their pets and leave no sign of their pet in the yard after check out.
