This recently renovated stylish beach house is only 400 meters or short stroll to the beach, set in a beautiful bush setting surrounded by gum trees. This is a classic retro 1980's beach house, with polished floorboards throughout. The house has a brand new kitchen, extension and two new bathrooms. The kitchen is fitted with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal, it also has a coffee machine and a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, all with queen beds, the mattresses and pilows are good quality so you are sure to have a good nights sleep. This house is the perfect place to relax with your family or friends. Have a drink on the large deck and watch the sun set. Enjoy watching the possums play at night by the outside fireplace. Observe the birdlife by day in the gum trees. The house has beautiful native gardens, substantial decks with places to sit, read relax and entertain. The property has all of the comforts that you will need to enjoy your holiday. The Ventnor bay beach is very safe for children, swimming, fishing and kayaking. Dogs are most welcome at our house we are animal lovers and the property is fully fenced. There is a large deck, BBQ area, and outdoor settings perfect for entertaining friends. There is also an outdoor fireplace.
