Small private top of house, with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet, completely renovated, on the first floor of a house near the village of Ploufragan, in the Côtes d'Armor. The place does not have a dining/living room but meals can be taken in the kitchen which has a table seating up to 6 people. Five minutes from SAINT BRIEUC train station. Two minutes from all amenities. About twenty minutes to Les Rosaires Beach. The space The rented accommodation is located on the second floor of the house where my son and I live. However, it is completely separate from our part of the house and you will be totally at home throughout your stay. No room is shared with us. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms of about 10 m2, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The place does not have a dining/living room but meals can be taken in the kitchen which has a table seating up to 6 people. All the furniture and appliances are new. The whole thing was renovated recently. Option to park right in front of the house and all the necessary amenities are 2 minutes away. The accommodation is located on the top floor of the house where my son and I live. It is however totally separated from our part of the house. We can come across each other in the entrance but no room is shared with us. Your accommodation will be completely yours during your entire stay. It is composed of 3 bedrooms of 10 m2 each, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. No living room or dining room. Meals can be taken in the kitchen where a table for up to 6 people is available. All the furniture, electrical appliances, the table and cooking ware are brand new, and the place was fully refurbished recently. Parking spaces are available just in front of the house and all commodities are close by. Guest access Possibility to also rent my vehicle (Toyota Aygo, 4 seats) for the duration of your stay via the Getaround website. The buses of line B, in the direction Langueux Poste -> Ploufragan Lorraine, pass just in front of the Saint-Brieuc train station and stop a stone's throw from our home (Les Quartiers stop) in less than 5 minutes. Other things to note The rented place is the floor of my house converted into a vacation rental. It has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet rented to students during the school period and to vacationers during the summer.
