Rental unit in Lyme Regis

The studio is walking distance to the beaches, seaside, beautiful coastal walks along the Jurassic coastline and the Cobb with its famous harbour. There are cafes, pubs, restaurants, a theater, mill, museum, fishing trips, shops, and lots of events to enjoy. Our accommodation is a light airy self contained ground floor studio, with parking to the front and its own access to the side. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a quiet location close to Lyme Regis town center. The space The studio is at ground level with parking to the front, it has central heating, is nicely decorated with a light and airy feel. In the main room there is a double bed, with a TV on the wall, and a small table with two chairs, to the side there is a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, kettle, small fridge and sink (no hob). We supply tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk in the fridge, biscuits and snacks are also included . The shower cubicle and WC is located just off the main room and a small closet is located by the front door with clothes hangers, iron, hair dryer and first aid box. The studio has fresh bedding and towels. Please note my studio is not suitable for infants or children and pets are not allowed. Single parent travellers with one child are welcome, but there is only the one double bed available. Guest access If you message me with an arrival time I will show you in with the key, car parking is to the front of the studio on the gravel area, or the driveway. A short level footpath to the right of the drive will take you to the front door with one step up to the door. Other things to note Lyme is quite hilly, the walk to the pubs and sea front is about 10 mins walk (0.7 of a mile measured) and is easy going as its in part down hill, the walk back from the pubs and sea front does involve walking back which in part is hilly. Taxes and bus's run frequently if walking is a problem. The main benefit of the location of the studio is its within walking distance to pubs , restraints and shops and sea front, but more importantly the studio has private off road safe parking, unlike a lot of the other guest accommodation in Lyme. Car parking in Lyme can be difficult, especially during the summer, so any off road parking offered with accommodation is a bonus. My studio is ideally situated for a great holiday in Lyme and offers off road private parking.
