A sweet dollhouse located in the heart of Paducah, where North 22nd Street meets Madison. Walk to restaurants and shops. Near Midtown Mkt, Dry Ground Brewery, Carson Park, and the Mellow Mushroom one way, and a short ride to downtown and all it has to offer, the other. Sight see and shop, then come back and relax on the front porch, or in the spacious backyard. Owners are off site, so someone will be available, if needed, to help make your stay pleasant. We have two full bedrooms and a futon, in the living room. We ask that you, please, don't put the futon down, as it is difficult to maneuver. We are afraid that someone would hurt themselves putting down, or back up. The kitchen is fully stocked with appropriate eating and cooking utensils. We have a Keurig coffee pot, as well as a French Press. There is a gas stove, microwave, and grill. There is also a fire pit which guests can enjoy. We have the floors steam cleaned on a regular basis. We want you to know that there are dogs on the premises, when the owners are in town. This information is given, in case someone in your party is sensitive to dogs. Guests have two options for entering. The front door has a keyless entry. We will send the code when you book. The back door has a lockbox with the key for the back door. This key works for the front, as well, in case the keyless entry doesn't work. Also, I can be texted and disarm the alarm and unlock the front door. We are centrally located, therefore, we are near everything. We have compiled a list of the wonderful opportunities Paducah has to offer. This folder is left for our guests to use. We are two blocks from Broadway and Jefferson, the main arteries throughout Paducah. If you go north on 21st Street, you will be able to go downtown via Park Ave, a direct route to the convention center, the Quilter's Museum, and downtown. We are near everything! A sweet neighborhood, which doesn't have a lot of traffic. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy. When the owners are here, there are dogs on the premises. We strive to keep it as clean as possible. The person who cleans our house, is incredible! We have it cleaned after our stay, as well as after each guest. We have taken every precaution we can think of to make sure there is no evidence of our baby, Stella, in the house.
