Greenwoods Cottage, close to town, yet in the quiet of nature. Only a short ride away from trendy Maastricht and within walking distance to the historic town of Valkenburg. Minimum booking 2 nights. During special weekends such as Easter, Pentecost, Amstel Gold Race, etc. the minimum booking is 3 nights. Tourist tax, currently €2,— p.p.p.n., is charged separately and paid at Greenwoods. The space A completely renewed apartment in a 150 year old farmhouse, consisting of a spacious sitting room, a well-equipped kitchen, the large downstairs bedroom has the en-suite bathroom, separate lavatory, a large second bedroom on the first floor. A small garden is situated at the front of the house and free parking opposite the house. The entire apartment is available for 2 to 4 guests travelling together. The price of EUR 130,-- p.n. is for 2 guests; for one additional guest there is a surcharge of EUR 25,-- p.n. and for 2 additional guests the cost is EUR 50,-- p.n. Minimum stay 2 nights. Bedding and (kitchen-)towels are provided free of charge. Please pay the tourist tax of €2,60 p.p.p.n. a possible other additional costs on arrival. I don’t charge for cleaning, but ask my guests to leave the house as they found it. Guest access The front garden facing the woods with a table and chairs is available for guests. Other things to note Linen for the bedroom(s), bathroom and kitchen is supplied. You'll find soap and shampoo in the bathroom. (Let me know if you run out.) Safety measures such as fire alarms are in place. Should you want to bring a pet you'll need to let me know in advance. There is a small additional charge to cover the extra cleaning. I'll have home-made bread and jam ready for your first breakfast here.
