The exterior of the house features a swimming pool and a garden area with sun loungers to enjoy the sun, as well as a furnished area to enjoy a good barbecue. The interior of the villa is equipped with a large and bright room with a fireplace and comfortable armchairs, surrounded by delicate decor. There is also a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. This villa has 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms, allowing accommodation for up to 12 guests with total comfort. Moreover, it is equipped with specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of competition bicycles, as well as a complete mechanical workshop at its disposal. Public transport: within 500 metres you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 from Tib. Our recommendation for going to the city centre is line 25, which will drop you off in a very central area of Palma in just 15 minutes. A perfect choice for spending your holidays in Mallorca.
