Manor house from the 20th century, at the foot of the Etruscan-Medieval village of Castiglion Fiorentino, between Arezzo and Cortona. The accommodation on the 1st floor is completely self-contained. Simple and welcoming, it lends itself to cultural stays,or a rest under the pergola in the garden. Location lends itself for study or work in centers such as Arezzo, Siena, Florence and Rome, all reachable in a short time both by train and car. You are welcome and a pleasure to share your origins. Guest access Guests have access to the garden (with wi-fi) and garden, wood-burning oven and barbecue. Other things to note the building is close to the only useful street in the area ,during the hours of entry and exit from work it is a bit noisy. All the windows of the apartment are double-glazed so the inconvenience is tolerable.
