This villa is close to the most beautiful places in Hérault and Gard. 20 minutes from the sea (La Grande Motte-Le Grau du Roi-Aigues Mortes), 25 minutes from Montpellier and Nîmes. The villa is 800 m from the via ferrata with picnic area, canoe, kayak), 3 m from a children's park and a pétanque court. Ideal place to discover our beautiful region The villa is ideal for teleworking, 2 offices available with fiber The space This beautiful contemporary villa has a garden with private pool and jacuzzi (the latter is heated to 38 degrees all year round). Outside you will find a dining table for 6 people, a living room under the terrace to relax, 2 deckchairs, a gas plancha and a 3m diameter trampoline for children. Inside, the main room of 70 m2 consists of a large fully equipped kitchen and a living room with Orange TV and Prime Video. On the ground floor, you will also find a fully equipped laundry room: washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron. The villa includes 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks, 3 bright bedrooms with 3 beds of 140 cm. Linens and towels are provided by selecting the linen kit and are not available for WE packages. Available: about thirty board games and outdoor games (petanque/tennis/badminton/ball). In front of the villa, a basketball/soccer field is freely accessible, a children's park (slide/swing) and a large petanque court. The village is very quiet with access to the A9 highway 5 minutes by car, which will allow you to reach major cities such as Montpellier and Nîmes very quickly. Other things to note This house is my primary residence, where I live with my two boys. I want guests who respect the place and will take care of all the items available. The cleaning fee includes the cleaning of linens (sheets, towels, bathrobes), swimming pool and SPA but does not exempt you from cleaning the house (bathroom, toilet, and floors). Regarding the departure inventory, this is done in most cases in person, however if I cannot make myself available, it will be done in FaceTime. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
