Situated in the heart of historic Hawarden, The Coach House offers flexible accommodation. Sleeping 6 guests, for larger groups a 4 bedroom option is offered, please see other listings for prices. The house dates back to the mid 19th century and has been lovingly modernised but still retaining lots of charm. We live to the left of the property and the right side is offered as a separate holiday home. 10 minutes from Chester and within an hour of Liverpool, Snowdonia and Anglesey. The space The house sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. This lovely property offers modern living with a large open living space with a well equipped kitchen/dining area, lounge, contemporary bathrooms, wi-fi, smart TV's in all bedrooms. Ground floor: Open plan living room with French door to patio area, kitchen area with dining table, over/hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, large HD Smart TV. Groundfoor: Bedroom 1: Large Double or twin bed with en-suite shower room & toilet, smart TV Upstairs: Bedroom 2: Double bed or twins with small en-suite shower & toilet, smart TV Bedroom 3: Double bed with small en-suite shower room & toilet, smart TV Large bathroom with roll top Victorian bath with claw feet, large shower, toilet. Centrally heated throughout, bed linen and towels included. Parking to the front of the property. Travel cot and high chair available. Guest access Enclosed, lawned garden with seating area and barbecue. Our garden is large and is a communal area for all our guests to use. Other things to note We have two ground floor one bedroomed apartments at our property which may be available if you need extra space, please ask when booking. The apartments also have access to the garden area. The owners also have a small friendly dog, which can be kept in if necessary.
