Relax at home. Completely furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind. There is a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom and a single daybed with trundle in the spare room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a comfort-height commode. Green Valley Recreation (GVR) membership is available for an additional fee, offering pools, pickle ball and exercise facilities as well as classes. One heated pool and spa are just a short stroll away. Note that Covid may influence availability of facilities. Shopping is nearby, including the amazing White Elephant thrift store. The regional attractions are the city of Tucson, the art community of Tubac and numerous natural areas. Close by are Madera Canyon and Patagonia with world-class "birding" or hiking. One well-behaved smallish dog is welcome. This is a 55+ community. One resident must be 55 or older. PLEASE NOTE: Available January15 through April. There is an HOA requirement of a MINIMUM STAY of 2 MONTHS.
