The apartment is often rented by others and that is their space. Other things to note UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK OUT: $75 fee - if late check out is needed please arrange in advance for a $40 fee. NO PET RULE: Smuggled pets will incur a penalty fee of $500 per animal. Also, no bikes inside home.
