The space Parkview is ideal for families or group of up to 6 people – with three bedrooms, a bathroom, comfortable lounge, large dining kitchen and utility room - which leads to the enclosed garden. Operating since 2017, the house is comfortable and welcoming - making the ideal base for an island holiday. Our weekly changeover day is Friday. Short breaks may be available during off peak periods - minimum of 3night stays. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and its enclosed south facing garden, which ideal for families. There is private off road parking for 2 vehicles. We do not have an electric car charging point at the property and do not offer electric car charging from our domestic supply - guests must use the public charging facilities on the island. Other things to note The house is available for weekly lets from Friday to Friday. Short breaks may be available during the off peak season. If you are bringing a car and travelling from Ardrossan to Brodick, we strongly advise you to contact Caledonian MacBrayne to book the ferry - this can be done online.
