The Studio with Hot tub in countryside 2 miles sea

The Studio is in the gardens of Rose Cottage and is private and self-contained in Devon's peaceful countryside surrounded by fields and only a short 10 minutes walk to the Otter Valley Nature reserve, a birdspotting paradise and 2 miles from the seaside at Budleigh Salterton. In area of AONB, many walks. Courtyard with garden furniture & bistro table & chairs . Large Hot Tub and Rose cottage garden with summerhouse and decking also brick BBQ next to summerhouse is available to use. The space The Studio has its own entrance and courtyard garden and is open plan apart from the bathroom. It is private and not overlooked. The views around the countryside are lovely, The bed can be 2 x 3 foot single beds or a super king 6 foot wide double. The Hot Tub is in the main garden and you will have sole use, also you have use of the Summerhouse and its log Burner and decking areas and Brick BBQ in the main garden Guest access Guests can also access the Hot Tub and decking area, the summerhouse with log burner and outdoor seating by the Hot Tub in Rose Cottage garden. Guests also have their own private courtyard garden with outdoor furniture and a small table & chairs so you can take your meals outside. Free car parking in our private car park, shops in Budleigh Salterton 2 miles away, local shop within walking distance, bus stop 10 minutes walk Other things to note We do have Parrots in the garden in aviaries, just don't put your fingers through the wire! They may make a noise at dawn & dusk, but are usually quite quiet at other times. We also have two young Golden retrievers who love people but just let us know if you would rather not make friends!, We also have several cats who mostly go roaming in the fields so aren't generally seen.
