Secure access to the estate is with an entry code and a guard during the summer period. The space Villa for 6 people on the waterfront, accommodating up to 8 people, in Port-Ripaille on the shores of Lake Geneva (Haute-Savoie). 10 minutes from Thonon by car. Golf d'Evian is 18 minutes away by car! We are about 1/2 hour from the ski resorts!!! (1st ski resort 28 min and Morzine 45 min) A pedal boat is available for your family outings on the canals of the Marina and Lake Geneva. Possibility of mooring your boat on request with private pontoon at the end of the garden. Self check-in by access code in the house. 4 Bedrooms: - 1 king size double bed, - 1 bunk bed with 2 beds and 1 extra bed in drawer under the bed, suitable for children. - 1 double bed consisting of 2 single beds including 1 foldable under the bed - 1 sofa bed with 2 beds on the 2nd floor Open equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, 1 separate toilet, garden, a terrace on the garden side and a second terrace overlooking the water. Private dock for direct access to the canal. For the safety of your children, secure garden with a nice wooden fence. We provide 2 children's life jackets.
