With coastal decor and balcony access overlooking the ocean from both the living room & main BR-you can take in that full beach get-away experience. Enjoy breakfast at the bar or sip your morning coffee as you watch the dolphins play from the comfort of the tall adirondack chairs on the balcony. Take a peaceful 2 mile stroll to the pier. North Topsail Beach is a 10-20 min commute to Sneads Ferry & Surf City. 30 minute drive to Wilmington & Jacksonville. 🔷️To ensure our guests are comfortable, this property ONLY accommodates a max of 4 individuals and is ONLY suited for adults and well-behaved kids ages 13 and up. Breathe easy and know that smoking/ vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited in our home, on our balcony, and in shared community areas. ALL animals are strictly prohibited at this property (Health/ Safety/ HOA Restrictions). Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS to the above policies. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to our private condo, featuring two queen bedrooms with Roku TV, two small bathrooms, a comfortable main living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private balcony perfect for relaxing (please see floorplan in photos for layout). You'll also have access to Topsail Dunes' community amenities, designed to enhance your experience. For your convenience, four pool bands and two parking passes are provided for your use during your stay. ✴️ Please Note Regarding Accessibility: Our home is located on the second floor and is accessible via two flights of stairs up from the parking lot (there is no elevator). The staircase is conveniently just steps from our door. Beach access with an outdoor shower is just one flight down from our door. Community Amenities Include: ⭐️ Direct Beach Access: Enjoy easy entry to beautiful North Topsail beach. ⭐️ Outdoor Pool: Perfect for a refreshing dip (open seasonally during summer). ⭐️ Grilling & Picnic Area: Ideal for outdoor meals. ⭐️ Half Basketball Court: For some active fun. ⭐️ Outdoor Games: Including Bocce ball, lawn bowling, cornhole, and horseshoes. To ensure a serene and enjoyable environment for all residents and vacationers, we kindly request that everyone adhere to all posted rules throughout the complex at all times. Other things to note ADDITIONAL INFO: ✔️4 Beach chairs are located in guest room closet. Please rinse/shake off gear & return to closet. Please remember that NO ITEMS are to be stored in breezeway or on balcony. ✔️ We provide all linens and bath towels. Bedding & bath towels must stay in the home. You will want to bring your own beach towels and other beach gear. ✔️ Guest Starter Pack: Basic kitchen necessities, paper products, and cleaning products are provided to get you started for a few days. Detergents are provided for cleaning our bed linens, towels, & dishes. You will need to replenish your own personal stock of essentials for the week and will want to bring your own toiletries (i.e. body wash, shampoo, conditioner). RENTAL AGREEMENT: When requesting to book, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, & agreed to all provided info. This includes listing details, House Rules, Fees/ Charges, Cancellation Policy, Airbnb TOS, & Airbnb Ground Rules for Guests. Primary guest is responsible for all actions and damages from members of their group, their own personal property, & their preferred travel insurance policy.
