A unique architecturally designed home built to take advantage of the sea breeze and stunning ocean views. Overlooking Gloucester Island, this home is perfectly designed for the climate with high cathedral ceilings, open plan living and a vast balcony that takes in magnificent 180-degree sea views and the Whitsunday Island breeze. It has 3 bedrooms with AC, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine and beautiful private pool. Pets will be considered on request. The space Full access to entire house. Linen is provided, only beds that are for a paying guest will be made up. The pool area is secluded and very private, and it caters for alfresco dining. Guest access Our Caretaker lives close by and is available should you need any assistance. A PIN code to the key safe will be sent to you prior to check-in. Other things to note PETS ARE ON REQUEST ONLY (2 DOG MAX.) If your booking is accepted please bring your own bedding. Large dogs are not permitted inside but can be on the front deck. Please do not allow your pet to sleep on the sofa or beds. Please be responsible pet owners and ensure that you clean up after them. As we don’t charge additional fees for pets, it is expected that guests do a vacuum before they leave to pick up excess dog hair. If this has not been adhered to an additional cleaning fee will apply. BOATS/FISHING: There is room to park your boat. Bait freezer is conveniently located downstairs (will need to be turned on) in the laundry area. There is also a fish wash station for those keen to do some fishing. SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 2 security cameras set up to monitor guest numbers. These are located on the lower level showing guests accessing the property. There are no cameras in the upper level of the property or in the pool area. We fully respect the privacy of our guest during their stay.
