Beachside, stylish, spacious 5 bed home Whitstable

Our holiday home is a five bedroom self contained chalet bungalow by the beach with sea views. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman. The space This is our own holiday home by the sea. We run a boutique architecture & design studio and Margate and have carried out an extensive refurbishment of the house. There are three bedrooms & two bathrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms, a sofa bed and a shower room on the first floor. This is our family holiday home and there will be many personal effects around the place and we would kindly ask that you respect these. Parking available directly outside for four cars - we have an electric charge point that can be used for a small additional daily charge. We love cooking and entertaining and we have a fully equipped kitchen downstairs with ranger cooker / hob, American fridge / freezer / magi mix / Slow Cooker / Smoothie mixer / coffee machine. Our dining table seats 10 comfortably. We have a separate utility room with a washer and tumble dryer. There is surround sound downstairs as well as desk area to work at. We have Sonos & TV upstairs. There is a small outside dining area with BBQ. We have a high chair, baby bath, travel cot and lots of children's toys and beach toys (nets, buckets etc) which are available. There is also a football goal in the garden. We also have a ridged stand up paddle board, 2 person ridged Kayak (including paddles & life jackets) for guests to hire. Please let us know in advance if you require any of these these. Attention has been paid to small extras such as dimmable lighting, 5amp lighting downstairs, sonos / surround sound, coffee machine and black out blinds / curtains. We have quality mattresses with thick toppers and fluffy feather duvets and 4 pillows per bed. We do charge per visit for a cleaner which is £195 per stay. This includes a clean set of towels for ten and fresh ironed cotton sheets. Please note that our TV is on demand only through an amazon firestick but we have disney +, Netflix & amazon Prime. Please note that the photos show one of the downstairs bedrooms as a single room this has now been changed to a double. Guest access Own door key safe on wall and code will be given prior to arrival to the property. Full use of house expect outside summer house and upstairs loft area. Wifi available. Other things to note Two nights minimum stay. Peak times (Bank holiday weekend, School holidays 3 nights minimum stay) Ideal for group of friends, family gatherings or families with young children. No more than 11 people and no hen or stage parties. Strictly no smoking inside the property. Please enquire about pets. We may allow one well behaved dog for an additional £35 fee per night. Seasonal prices will apply.
