Charming 4-star gîte in Charente Maritime. Winter by the fire, summer by the pool! We offer 3 Gîtes for two people in the Logis des Chauvins, including the Garden Gîte. The eighteenth-century Logis des Chauvins is situated in the heart of a one-hectare park in Port D'Envaux, a former shipping village. Its special location on the banks of the Charente makes it particularly attractive, with numerous walks, swimming and water sports just a 3-minute walk away... The space With its traditional 18th century architecture, the Gîte Coté Jardin is a haven of peace. Adjacent to a vast private terrace offering one of the most beautiful views of the park. It has a large entrance hall, a vast bedroom with a sitting area, a large fireplace with a wood-burning stove (we provide the wood in winter), a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room for a total surface area of 70m2. Guest access The Logis is slightly out of the village (2 min walk), enough to be quiet... you will nevertheless be able to easily take advantage of the various activities and places of restoration which are proposed there... Other things to note We are delighted to welcome you to our recently renovated gîtes.
